Absolutely! At Love & Co., we believe in creating pieces that resonate with your personal story. For all online purchases of engravable products, they must be brought to our store within two weeks of purchase for engraving. It's essential to note that products sent for engraving should have no visible signs of wear or use, which will be evaluated by our sales staff for eligibility.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for occasions?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging for occasions. We recommend that you keep an eye out for special seasons like Christmas, when we may introduce exclusive packaging at our retail stores in Malaysia to enhance your gifting experience. Do you offer a return or exchange policy for online purchases?

If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy. However, please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you can exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value. Additionally, for the item to be eligible for an exchange, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

What are the delivery fees for jewellery purchased online?

For online jewellery purchases, we offer a range of convenient delivery options. We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and in-store collection.

Standard shipping is offered free of charge for all orders in West Malaysia. Currently, orders under standard delivery can be delivered in 5 – 7 working days from the order date.

We also offer in-store collection. You may choose to collect your online purchase at any store of your choosing. In-store collections follow the same lead time as standard shipping, and will be available for your collection within 5 – 7 working days.

Kindly note that the fulfilment periods shared above exclude weekends and public holidays.
